Two sewing methods to choose from:

✿ Method B: 4 steps, with neat enclosed seams.

What you'll need:

✿ 50 × 50 cm of feminist Toile de Jouy cotton →
✿ 30 × 12 cm of an old towel for the absorbent layer (You can use one that's gone rough or too stained!)
✿ 30 × 12 cm of fabric for the barrier layer (scraps of jeans, a coat, an old bag,etc.)
✿ Your choice of fastening: button, elastic, snap fastener, hook-and-loop tape, etc. Lots of possibilites in the guide!
