Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Anna Pikpik processes and ships orders, delivery timelines, shipping methods, and important information about customs and delivery responsibilities.

1. Shipping origin

All orders are shipped from France.

2. Processing time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will do our best to keep you informed.

3. Tracking

All shipments are tracked.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available from the carrier).

4. Delivery methods

Depending on your country, shipping may be offered as:

  • Pickup point delivery (relay / collection point), or
  • Home delivery (to your address).

The available method(s) and the final shipping price are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping delays and Costs

We ship worldwide from France. Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs processing, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. These delays do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

All shipments include tracking. Delivery may be made to a pickup point or to your home address depending on the destination country.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the goods are delivered to you or to a person designated by you, in accordance with EU consumer law.

6. Customs, import taxes, and fees (important)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and/or carrier handling/clearance fees may be charged by the destination country or the carrier.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Anna Pikpik does not collect these fees, cannot predict their amount, and cannot reimburse them.

7. Address accuracy

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing an order.
Anna Pikpik is not responsible for delays, losses, returns, or additional fees caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout.

8. Refused, unclaimed, or returned parcels

If a parcel is:

  • refused,
  • not collected from a pickup point within the carrier’s deadline,
  • returned due to unpaid customs charges,
  • or returned due to delivery issues attributable to the customer (incorrect address, missing information, etc.),

we can either reship it (at the customer’s expense) or process a refund where applicable.

In such cases, we may deduct from the refund any return shipping costs and carrier fees charged to us, where permitted by law.

9. Damaged parcels, missing items, or delivery problems

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • your order arrives damaged,
  • you receive the wrong item,
  • or something is missing.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the packaging and the issue,
  • and any carrier labels visible on the parcel.

In short: if you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to conditions and exceptions described in that policy.
