Refund policy



We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

1. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned: fabrics cut to length, custom-made or personalized items, digital products, and gift cards. These items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

3. Exchanges

Please contact us or place a new order if you require a different item.

4. European Union 14 day cooling off period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

5. Return shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the safe return of goods.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may be deducted from the refund, as permitted under EU law.
